How to use

This template is supposed to be used on talk pages of blocked users and IPs. Blocked users are neither allowed to edit DKpedia nor create any new accounts to bypass the expiry time under any circumstances. If the block is temporary, they will be able to return to the site once the expiry time set by the administrators has passed. Once that happens, this template can be removed from their talk page.
