Moo Moos (also referred to as cows)[1][2] are a species of cows from the Mario franchise. They first appear in Mario Kart 64, and mainly appear in the farmland race courses of the Mario Kart series. Moo Moos have not appeared in the Donkey Kong franchise, although they appear in several games where Donkey Kong is a playable character. Moo Moos are very similar to cows from the real world, and even make realistic cow noises.
