Jump, Man is a single-player Donkey Kong minigame in Mario Party 7 and a Special minigame in Mario Party: The Top 100. The gameplay is inspired by the original Donkey Kong arcade game, and its title is a pun on "Jumpman," one of Mario's alternate names during development. In Mario Party 7, Toadsworth even notes that this minigame is familiar. Additionally, the minigame preview even displays Mario competing against Donkey Kong.
Gameplay[edit]
In the minigame, the player races Donkey Kong up a series of pathways, with DK's Tree House marking the finish line at the top. The player must climb vines and avoid barrels, which trip the player and slow them down.
